PRISM is the flagship platform that the standalone Amp Mode boost was extracted from: PRISM's AMP MODE circuit selection is the exact circuit Amp Mode ships as its own pedal. PRISM's MOSFET boost voicing is also shared with the Broken Arrow V2 and Golden Boy boost sections. PRISM also shares its active-EQ approach with Bloom V2, though Bloom V2 pairs that EQ with compression and its own boost/sustainer instead of PRISM's three-voice boost/preamp section.

What is the difference between the COLOR, AMP, and TRANS circuits? COLOR is a vintage silicon treble booster, AMP is a MOSFET boost that emulates an overdriven tube amp (the same circuit used standalone in Amp Mode), and TRANS is an ultra-transparent, 18V-internally-powered JFET boost. Each is a fully discrete circuit.
Can I run PRISM at 18V for more headroom? No. PRISM's internal regulator holds incoming power at a precise 9V, and running at 18V will not change the tone while shortening the regulator's life; an internal charge pump already raises voltage to 18V internally for the TRANS circuit.
Do the BODY and TONE controls interact? No. Both are active EQ controls with +/-15dB of range and are designed to not interact with each other.
