Shipping policy

October shipping promotion — through October 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Eastern Time)

Canada & the USA: Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum. No code needed. This applies to every Canadian province and territory, including northern and remote postal codes, and to every U.S. state, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Faster paid options are shown at checkout where available.

All other countries we ship to: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $199 or more — down from CAD $399. The CAD $199 is counted after discounts and before taxes. Faster paid options are shown at checkout where available.

U.S. orders: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from order to delivery, including processing. Import duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees are included in our prices. No additional import charges on delivery.

Orders outside Canada and the USA: Import duties, taxes and carrier fees of the destination country are not included and may be charged by the carrier on delivery.

Some remote areas outside Canada and the USA may incur extra carrier charges. If your order is affected, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to pay the difference or cancel. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.
