Description
PitchFactor is where Eventide's Harmonizer history lives on a pedalboard: four-voice diatonic harmony that follows your key, the glitching detune of the original H910 and H949, and Crystals' reversed, pitch-shifted shimmer.
PitchFactor is the dedicated pitch and Harmonizer member of Eventide's Factor floor range, with ten pitch algorithms and delay built in. MicroPitch Delay is the compact pedal if you only want the fine-detune thickening and stereo widening part of that sound.

- Power: 9V DC center-positive, 500 mA, 5.5 mm / 2.5 mm barrel. Center positive is the opposite of most BOSS-style pedalboard outputs, so use the included Eventide supply or an output that can be set to center positive and deliver 500 mA. No battery operation.
- Bypass: true analog (relay) bypass, or DSP bypass that lets effect tails ring out, which suits an amp effects loop.

FAQ
Does PitchFactor follow the key I am playing in? Yes, in the intelligent algorithms. Diatonic and Quadravox are set to a key and scale and generate harmonies that stay inside it.
How many harmony voices and how much delay does it have? Up to four voices of diatonic pitch shifting, plus up to 1.5 seconds of stereo delay, so harmonies can be offset in time rather than stacked on the dry note.
Is the H910/H949 algorithm the real thing? It is Eventide's own recreation of its H910 and H949 rack Harmonizers, from the company that built the originals.
Can I use an expression pedal as a whammy? Yes. Any combination of parameters can be mapped to the expression input, which is how PitchFlex becomes a foot-controlled pitch bend.
Does it have a tuner? Yes, a tuner is built in, so a separate tuner pedal is optional rather than necessary.
What power does it need? 9V DC center-positive, 500 mA, on a 5.5 mm / 2.5 mm barrel. A US power supply is included; with a third-party supply, confirm it can be set to center positive. There is no battery operation.
