Blossom takes the green-channel Country-mode compression circuit from Jackson Audio's flagship Bloom and packages it into a compact, affordable optical compressor with a clean blend and a tilt EQ for quick tonal shaping.
Blossom uses the exact same optical compression circuitry as Bloom's green/Country channel in a smaller, simpler enclosure with no MIDI, EQ presets, or boost section. The optical limiter has a flat frequency response: at moderate settings it adds gentle sweetness and roundness, and turned up it can get aggressive. If you want six switchable compression modes, active 3-band EQ, an onboard boost/sustainer, and MIDI recall, choose Bloom V2. If you want Bloom's Country-mode compression character in a small, affordable package, choose Blossom.

Controls and switches
