What is the SoulMate Acoustic?
The SoulMate Acoustic is a purpose-built all-in-one pedalboard for acoustic guitar. It combines the effects most acoustic players actually reach for — Compressor, three-band EQ, Reverb, Chorus, and Delay — with a built-in FET preamp and balanced XLR DI output. It is the acoustic-focused counterpart to the electric-guitar SoulMate.

FAQ
Can I use it with an electric guitar?
You can, but the voicing, compressor, and EQ are tuned for acoustic pickups. For electric guitar the standard T-Rex SoulMate is a better match.
Do I still need a DI box for the sound engineer?
No — the SoulMate Acoustic has a balanced XLR DI output built in, so a single XLR cable goes from the pedal to the PA/mixer.
Can I use my own 9 V power supply?
No. The pedal requires the included 12 V DC supply. Using 9 V will not power it correctly.
Is there a tuner?
There is a dedicated tuner-out jack so you can silently tune with an external tuner while the main signal is muted.
Does the tap tempo affect chorus and delay?
Tap tempo controls the delay time. The chorus rate is set with its own knob.
