The VT1 is compatible with guitars that can house tremolo/vibrato systems based on models for Fender; Fender, Gotoh, Wilkinson, Callaham, ABM, Hipshot, PRS are some of the brands that manufacture this type of system.

It's as simple as it is important to choose the right VT1 type - 2-Points or 6-Screw.
Simply check what type of tremolo you Strat already has and make sure it looks
similar to the VT1 you are going to choose.
VT2/VT2ND compatibility with your guitar
That's easy - since you have a Tele - VT2 will fit your guitar. The only crucial thing to check is the screw spacing - see the image to the right of this text. Modern spacing is 66 mm, classic spacing is 71 mm. The VT2 and VT2ND models have "Modern" or "Classic" in their names - that's handy for choosing.
