Description
MicroPitch is the trick behind countless records that sound bigger than the take: shift one side a few cents sharp, the other a few cents flat, add a handful of milliseconds of delay, and a single guitar becomes a wide, glued stereo image.
MicroPitch Delay is the specialist: fine detuning plus delay for width and thickening, not transposition. Two pitch-shifted delay lines do the work: Pitch A shifts up by as much as 50 cents and Pitch B down by as much as 50 cents, each with its own delay of up to 3 seconds (up to 6 seconds in tap tempo mode).

FAQ
What is micro pitch shifting? Very small pitch changes, a few cents, applied to duplicated copies of your signal. Panned apart and delayed slightly, they read as width and thickness rather than as a pitch effect.
Can MicroPitch do harmonies? Not in the usual sense. Pitch A shifts up by as much as 50 cents and Pitch B down by as much as 50 cents; only the Positive and Negative Envelope modulation can push the shift as far as major and minor thirds.
Does it work on vocals and keys? Yes. Set the rear Guitar/Line switch to Line when feeding it from a preamp, an interface, a synth or an effects loop.
Does MicroPitch have tap tempo? Yes. The Tap footswitch sets the tempo in Tap Tempo mode and otherwise scrolls through presets; in tap tempo mode each delay reaches up to 6 seconds.
Will a daisy chain power it? Not reliably. It draws 300 mA at 9V DC center-negative, so use an isolated output rated 300 mA or more.
How do I get MIDI into it? Over the 1/4" TRS EXP jack with a MIDI-to-TRS cable or converter, or over Mini USB. There is no 5-pin DIN socket on this pedal.
