Description

A Maniacal Little Machine, inspired by vintage gaming consoles.

Did I stutter? Yes, I did. An era when silicon defined sonics that were burned in our memory for years… Ottobit Jr. brings those sounds directly to your pedalboard.

To call it a bitcrusher would be an insult. The triggered stutter and pitch/filter/crush sequencers take you to side scrolling, coin collecting maze worlds. Add in a resonant low pass that competes with the best analog synths and grandpa SID would be proud.

Strange Little Pedal Packed with Potential

This pedal can do WAY MORE than turn a sound into something from an 80’s video game. Adjusting the “Sample” and “Bits" rate gives you a variety of options to mess with your original signal; settings can go from adding subtle distortion to sounding like someone is eating a microphone. The stutter effect has a lot of subtle in-between settings that give you rhythmic options to repeat/slice a sound. The sequencer is really easy to use and allows you to quickly play with Pitch, Filter, or “Decimator” settings. It's great for finding unique rhythm patterns and for plugging into a mixer bus to mess with tones. The build quality is very high-end, and the line-level option makes it perfect for the studio.
