A genuine tape echo — not an emulation, not a digital model. The Replicator D'Luxe runs real tape past one record head and two playback heads for authentic warmth, wow, and flutter that only real tape can produce.

Is this a real tape echo? Yes — physical tape runs across a record head and two playback heads, producing genuine analog tape-echo behavior. It is not a digital emulation.
What delay times does it cover? The Short head covers 108–520 ms (slapback), the Long head 215–1000 ms. Engaging both gives a denser, room-like echo.
How does tap tempo work? Tapping sets the Long head's time; the Short head automatically runs at half that time.
