About This Item
Description
Add expressive two-way vibrato to a compatible right-handed T-style guitar without drilling or routing. This Vega-Trem VT2ND TeleTrem is the Classic 71 mm version in steel finish with the logo arm. Its fully reversible design uses the guitar’s existing bridge area, while the patented brass saddle system preserves independent height and intonation adjustment for all six strings.
Pedalzoo Fit Check Before You Order
This listing is the Classic 71 mm right-handed version. Measure from the string-through holes to the upper mounting screw of the bridge pickup: approximately 71 mm requires Classic; approximately 66 mm requires Modern. Do not choose by the guitar’s appearance, model name, or year alone. Search your exact guitar in the Pedalzoo Vega-Trem Compatibility Finder and compare the product fit diagram. If the model is not listed or the measurement is unclear, send Pedalzoo a clear bridge photo with a ruler in place before ordering. For installation steps, use the Pedalzoo Vega-Trem installation guide.
Why guitarists choose this VT2ND
- Keep the guitar reversible: gain pitch-up and pitch-down vibrato without permanent body modification.
- Set intonation per string: the three paired brass saddles move independently for all six strings.
- Preserve the T-style platform: the marine stainless-steel structure is engineered around the existing bridge area.
- Match traditional hardware: Steel Finish complements classic chrome-style guitar hardware, while the logo arm adds a visible Vega-Trem detail.

FAQ
How do I choose Classic or Modern, and will it fit my guitar?
Measure from the string-through holes to the upper mounting screw of the bridge pickup. About 71 mm means Classic; about 66 mm means Modern. This listing is the right-handed Classic 71 mm version. Search your exact guitar in the Pedalzoo Vega-Trem Compatibility Finder and compare the fit diagram. If the measurement is unclear, contact Pedalzoo before ordering.
Does installation require drilling or routing, and is it reversible?
No. On a compatible guitar, VT2ND uses the existing factory bridge area without drilling or routing. The original bridge can be reinstalled later.
Can I install it at home?
Yes. VT2ND is designed for at-home installation with common hand tools and the included Allen keys. Follow the Pedalzoo Vega-Trem installation guide, then complete the normal tuning, action and intonation checks.
What is the difference between the logo and no-logo versions?
The difference is cosmetic: the optional VT logo is on the tremolo arm. Fit, materials and mechanical design are otherwise the same within the matching Classic or Modern family.
How do the paired saddles handle intonation?
There are three brass saddle pairs, but each string has independent movement for height and intonation adjustment. The paired appearance does not limit all six strings to three shared settings.
Do I need a locking nut or locking tuners?
Neither is required to install or use VT2ND. Correct stringing, a smooth and properly cut nut, sound tuners and a balanced setup still matter; locking tuners do not replace correct setup.
How does the tremolo arm feel and what range does it provide?
VT2ND supports subtle vibrato, pitch-up movement and deeper downward effects. Its top-loading T-style geometry can feel firmer than a Strat-style tremolo, so the response should not be expected to feel identical.
What warranty is included?
Vega-Trem provides a two-year manufacturer warranty.
